We are bond counsel to various New York state municipalities and school districts, and we act as underwriter's counsel to various underwriters on all types of public finance transactions. C/G attorneys have participated in financings for Higher Education, Hospitals, Not-for-Profits and all forms of economic development financings. Our experience in this area includes a former General Counsel of an investment bank with a strong municipal bond operation and a former Assistant General Counsel of a major financial guaranty bond insurer.
